Just came home... Yesterday, I left my home at 12:30pm for a doctors appt. Found out I have no cartilage in my left knee. Bone on bone rubbing... And my right knee is not far behind. (I knew dancing is spiritual!) Met up with a friend and got supplies for both of our respective businesses. Phukkt around and got my taxes done, then went to @brictv to be assistant director on a weekly show. Had a delicious vegan soup w/ #TrueQueenSista4Life and got home around 12:30am. Said good night 💕 and removed my clothing. But I didn’t go to sleep... I got a ride to #Franks (Rest In Heavenly Peace Mr. Frank Perkins), then off to Williamsburg Music Hall til 6:30 this morn.
