I believe no one wish to regress back to the phases (from 3 to 2.5) and everyone loves the gym and everyone knows how uncomfortable wearing a mask can be too... But do you get the big picture? (Kinda frustrated on some people's action) You can do what you want but don't go to common area to break the regulation and be so proud of it please. You can workout outside your void deck/room but affect other people just because of your selfish action. "But I want to do HIIT leh!" 🤦 Oh lord!!!! Got LISS or moderate strength training which you can breath better while wearing a mask. Go explore other than HIIT lah! Really die die must do HIIT mah? (Is so marketing term 🤦) / just do at home loh and don't affect anyone else or break the regulations.🙏 (Don't act arrogant now and later cry and plead Infront of the judge leh 🤣) I hope eveyone gets the big picture...you can choose better option and not break the regulation too.
