We all rely on it so much. A majority of society owns a smartphone. People spend too much time with technology. I fall victim to this. Sometimes I wish that we could go back to years ago when there were no smartphones and people actually talked when they were out in public, compared to now. People are always on their phones, checking their social networks or whatever. Wouldn't it be nice if there could be something such as technology free week? Where we couldn't use any technology whatsoever. Without technology, people would be able to have experiences that they never would have thought would come about. We don't seem to notice it, but we are destroying ourselves. We use technology to communicate, to keep track of our money, pay bills, remind us of someone's birthday, etc. what happened? Have we become lazy? Technology does all the hard work while we just sit around staring at our phones or computer screens. Give it a thought, how much do you use technology? Are you being productive? Or is it consuming you?
