Canada Day highlights: saw the Mr.Rogers documentary at @roxysaskatoon and it was amazing (and snapped that photo of the mural while we were in Riversdale.) Stopped by The Yard's patio because the sun came back out, and left just as the rain clouds started to roll back in. Our server told me that they had just reopened the patio 3 minutes before we got there so I'd say that's luck! Had delicious Montreal smoked meat, red cabbage & beet salad, and double Gloucester cheese for supper 😍 now we are watching more movies. Cotswold Double Gloucester, pasteurized milk, Trader Joe's. Like eating scallion pancakes but as a cheese. Very green oniony. Thick, velvety texture. We are in the backyard eating our cheeses with water crackers as the sun sets and warm breezes blow over us.
