Indulge in the ultimate cookies and cream experience with these double-flavored cookies. The classic chocolate cookies are loaded with crushed Oreo pieces and stuffed with more Oreo goodness, making them an irresistible treat!
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies about 12-14 cookies. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies for stuffing.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Put the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix them together until they are creamy. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add white chocolate chips and 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies to the cookie dough. Press down on a tablespoon of cookie dough in your hand to make it flat. In the middle, put a crushed Oreo cookie and cover it with another tablespoonful of dough that has been pressed out flat. Roll it up into a ball and seal the edges. After the baking sheets are ready, put the stuffed cookie dough balls about 2 inches apart on them. After the oven is hot, bake the pies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops have a few cracks. When you take the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. With a glass of milk, enjoy the tasty Oreo Stuffed Cookies and Cream Cookies.
