inktober but in a very half-hearted way
How is a double slip wired anyway?!
So i got home from a pub quiz with mates to find a party happening in our front room. Fair enough i think so I head upstairs to check how my layout is running with a 9v battery. I scrubbed the track top earlier this afternoon so i could test it.... however i come to see how the layout works and find that i can control the engine from some exits on the double slip if i powered it from one exit... odd eh? especially as everything i know about points says I'm wrong. shouldn't affect the running too much but struck me as odd, almost as odd as some of the pub quiz questions! time to start work on a transformer housing tomorrow maybe before i go to work at 6pm if i feel like it.....
