An unprecedented tragedy in one of the most beautiful paradises on earth with numerous casualties and the destruction of many essential houses and structures. Once again thousands of innocent victims of climate change and the worsening of extreme phenomena that some policy makers insist on not recognizing and whose policies are becoming true crimes against humanity. Profit and the logic of markets cannot blind consciences nor erase the environmental crimes that are endangering the very survival of humanity and all living beings on earth. More than mourning the dead and comforting the survivors, we need to hold governments and rulers for the policy of inaction and environmental destruction that the world has been witnessing ... but more importantly, we must all demand measures to save the future from Earth. Uma tragédia sem precedentes num dos mais belos paraísos da Terra com numerosas vitimas e a destruição de muitas casas e estruturas essenciais. Mais uma vez milhares de inocentes vitimas das alterações climáticas e do agravamento dos fenómenos extremos que alguns decisores politicos teimam em não reconhecer e cujas politicas estão a tornar-se verdadeiros crimes contra a humanidade. O lucro e a lógica dos mercados não pode cegar consciências nem apagar os crimes ambientais que estão a colocar em perigo a própria sobrevivência da Humanidade e de todos os seres vivos na Terra.
