(I like the idea that Dialga and Palkia's Origin forms were designed when they were the equivalent of toddlers and just taking physical form for the first time, in the "Look dad! We look like you!" way. (Giratina got upset they looked like Arceus, and designed their Origin form to Not look like Arceus.) That said, they were rough first drafts and Dialga and Palkia tend to not use those forms due to feeling embarrassed by their toddler-selves' designs.)
This is a really cute headcanon! Thanks for sharing, anon!
Interesting thing about G-Max Garbodor: one of the boats sticking out of it is the boat Lillie rode to Kanto at the end of the original Sun/Moon
I can confirm that a popular nickname for Galarian Articuno specifically is "Revali", after the Rito Champion of the same name from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild. They're both smug jerk birds and Galarian Articuno is the only one of the GLB trio that fits Revali's color scheme.
Haha, that’s not a bad comparison at all!
I know you posted it a while ago, but here's an interesting fun fact about Kartana that you didn't mention before! In the English dub of the Sun & Moon anime, Kartana is frequently seen speaking backwards. If its dialogue is reversed, it can be heard saying "Once again, I cut a worthless object" (as well as shorter variations on the phrase or singular words), along with unique lines such as "That was a good cut", "Leave it to me" and "As the journey continues".
I mentioned that it did this in the tags, but never specified that it did in the English dub... or the other things it said. So thanks for more on this!
