Q O T D: How was social media affected your mental health? I am fairly new to this social media life and anyone that knows me in real life also knows that i am a hardcover I N T R O V E R T 😖😖. . . Yesterday, for the first time, I experienced the bad side of social media and it hit me hard. Mostly because I was not expecting!! . . This was something that made me think much about who I am because my imediate reaction was to post about it but I felt werid doing so since I am not and do not want to be a rant account...anyway my goal here is to tell you that whatever happens here should not make you change your personality just because. I think my emotional response was wrong and I am glad of not posting what I wanted to post! But I am also proud of having the courage to post about it now because in the end it made me want to share nonetheless. . . Do not think that you need to say nothing just because you are supposed to be a “quiet” bookstagrammer. People dont have the right to be rude and make you feel guilty about it (which was basically what happen). . .
