It will be ok!! I left season 11 feeing so cheated, and had little hopes for season 12. What actually happened is that season 12 have us a ton of material, the fluffiest macdennis moments since Flowers for Charlie, and now we have lots more fodder for season 13! For one, Mandy doesn't "want" Dennis - this is great, we shouldn't see a relationship develop there. Dennis could never make it to the airport, he could chicken out, Mandy's plane could crash, or they could write off this plot entirely
yeah i see what youâre saying. i think for me thereâs two big main causes for concern:
the fact that dennis leaving doesnât seem to be plot driven decision so much as a âglenn wants to do other thingsâ decision.. idk that doesnât sit well with me
that certain things in the episode were Very Bad like waitress and charlie, really charlieâs entire characterisation tbh, the complete lack of reaction from any of the gang at dennis leaving, dennis not saying a proper goodbye to anyone????, the way mac and dennisâ relationship was handled, i mean the list really goes on
i appreciate your message tho and youâre entirely right about this season giving us a lot of great character growth and in general happy, heartwarming scenes (hero or hate crime through to the gang tends bar in particular here). i think itâs also true that yes they have left it very open and itâs not beyond the realms of possibility for dennis to not actually leave permanentlyÂ
