My boyfriends sister told me last night that she is so tired of hearing WHEN you have a kid and not IF. We talked about how there is so much expectation on us as women to have kids when sometimes we may not want them and telling us 'oh when you have kids' actually hurts someone alot who's not worried about having kids yet, but is more worried about living life right now. If they decide to have kids its possible they just wanted more out of life because they lived there's the way they wanted and now it's time for more, but there is no right or wrong time to have kids or not have kids. Focus on you. If the time comes you'll know. We just need to be more aware as a community that not every woman dreams of having kids and we shouldn't force them to anyway.
