that’s actually a super great question because i’ve never even thought of that!

i think with all these small, specific labels it really becomes clear that lgbt doesn’t really cover all of us, or at least that strictly defining our community by those four letters is ineffective and trying to force people either into one of those categories or into a false label of “cis” or “straight” mainly serves to keep the lgbt+ community from getting too “weird” or hard to understand, which i thought was the point in the first place.

i don’t really think that abrosexuality/romanticism needs to be added specifically to the fight for aro, ace, and agender inclusion or that particular rallying cry, but do i think the real bones of this fight is that anything too far from what has already been established as “queer” vs. “privileged” is part of the latter group or just not even real, and has obvious implications for all people who aren’t cleanly defined. so i feel that my inclusion is being fought for by general philosophy and spirit and definition: implicitly, if not explicitly.
