Autonomous vehicle build update: Got the donkeycar kit attached to the RC car, got all the software loaded on the Nvidia Jetson Nano, but had a hell of a time getting the bluetooth controller paired and controlling the car properly. I keep running into anomalies and broken code from the repo, even though its is in active development. Next step is to integrate the LIDAR unit, but I wasnt even able to get the machine learning code to run yet, and my in-between-projects prototyping window is closing, so I’ll have to come back to this in a month or two.
