Okay I’m not sure if you mean post-manga in which Black☆Star becomes a war god or an au where he started out as a god so I’m gonna do both 

Post-manga: 

「 ☆ 」::  Black☆Star doesn’t even realize that he’s become a god at first. It’s not as though he’s gained any special new powers that he didn’t already have before crossing that line. He doesn’t figure it out until he realizes that he’s stopped aging.

「 ☆ 」::  For a war god, he does surprisingly little fighting. Black☆Star doesn’t take on people that aren’t worth his time, and as a god, there’s only one person that’s actually on his level. Kid is the only person that he’d actively want to fight anymore.

「 ☆ 」::  Once he realizes that he’s immortal, Black☆Star would become much more reckless. Getting stabbed in the gut or decapitated is only a minor inconvenience, after all. No injuries matter, now that he can’t die or even scar.

「 ☆ 」::  Part of being a god means being able to levitate ( “THE BOUNDS OF GRAVITY MEAN NOTHING TO SOMEONE LIKE ME !!” ), and Black☆Star gets used to this ability very quickly. You can catch him in his room napping six feet off the ground.

「 ☆ 」::  Black☆Star wouldn’t be happy about achieving godhood for long. Now that he’s reached this point, where does he go from here? For the first time in his life, he’s got no idea how he’s supposed to move forward. At least he has eternity to figure it out. 

Actual legit god AU:

「 ☆ 」::  Black☆Star would be a god of perseverance, of those who get beaten down and get back up again. He’s known as the ‘God of Bloody Knuckles,’ a name given to him by those who earn his blessing.

「 ☆ 」::  He’s a much more powerful god than even he seems to know. Black☆Star is a god of underdogs with great ambitions; his blessing can turn the weakest of warriors into a force to be reckoned with. It’s something he doesn’t give lightly, 

「 ☆ 」::  Rather than watch humans from on high, Black☆Star prefers to live as one of them. It’d be no fun for him to just sit back and watch the workings of the mortal world; what’s the point of being a GOD if you can’t do a little meddling? His involvement makes things kind of messy sometimes, but it’s never a bad thing. He’s a self-absorbed god, but he’s still morally righteous at his core.

「 ☆ 」::  His favorite thing to do in his free time ( he’s a god, he has more than enough of it on his hands ) is to go to underground fights and give a leg up to the fighters that no one expects to win. The faces of the losers are always fucking priceless.

’ no, uhm !! i know that ! ’ the girl dithered slightly, eyes closing with a sigh. ’ i’m just happy you’re trying to help in your own way. you don’t need to, really, truly. hanging out with you is also fun, you know ? ‘

           “Chiyo-san, you don’t have to take a nap. It won’t really…do anything for Nii-san.” 

He couldn’t actually give the poor girl any advice on how to seduce his brother. Not only was that weird but there was the fact that Mayu was positive that his brother didn’t really have a type and that any attempts at seduction that would be made would simply backfire. Backfire in comedic but ultimately depressing ways.
