Just some random tablet practice. Four years of a gradual funk have really made my skills fade. You can see the exact moment where I stopped caring about this! But ehhh... feels good to create... It’s SOMETHING, you know?
Wow... It's been an incredibly long time. I've had a very difficult time these last two years, and I started this image last autumn after buying a new graphics tablet. Took waaaaay too long... This is my first time attempting to "properly" digitally paint... Took far too long, but was a huge learning process. Now I'm somewhat back on my feet hopefully there will be more art in the near future.

Look who's finally back!! I did the sketch for this just over one year ago, shortly after I moved to a big, new town all by myself. Things in this last year have been very... trying. I've had a lot of heartbreak, readjustments to a new lifestyle, lost friends, new friends... it's been a real rollercoaster! Now I'm finally getting back some of my confidence to actually pick up a pencil or stylus and just go for it. As you can see, I'm pretty rusty, I couldn't even be bothered with the tail this time... but hopefully this is the start to a more active presence here again!
