Dog question!

So I've had a bit of an awful weekend. My dog had a stroke which was just heart breaking.

I took her to the vets and they gave her an anti-sickness injection which made her a little more stable and enabled her to drink some water but she still won't touch her food. She hasn't pooped in days, which I'm hoping if just because she's empty from not eating and not a blockage issue.

My question is does anyone have any suggestions on food she might be willing to eat? We've tried chicken, fish, some of her favourite treats and she won't touch it. I though maybe a thick gravy or something might work but I'm not sure if that will help much. I'm open to any and all suggestions!
