Have you ever wondered how Sam, Dean and Castiel would look like as dogs?
WELL, wonder no more! Because some asshole wanted me to draw these before I go to bed.Â
And now itâs 1:30 AM and I hate everything.Â

Little sketch I did. I was bored and this is the first thing I've drawn in a long time.
The dogs trying to get their owners together is so cute! Any way to continue it? Like either the dogs hook up or the humans to finally?? :3
"You stink," Dean huffed, pushing his nose under Casâ head and nipping softly at the dangling scruff on his neck. The lighter dog shook his fur out, exasperated.
"Meg and hers came over yesterday," he said, settling his head back down on his crossed forelegs as Dean continued to sniff at him. The German Shepherd let out an indignant bark at that.
"So thatâs why I smell a rat."
"Sheâs not a rat, Dean, sheâs a chihuahua." Cas paused, considering. "I think thatâs what hers called her."
Dean huffed again, plopping himself down on his hindquarters and pricking his ears back towards the house. âTheyâve been in there a while,â he said, opening his mouth to let his tongue hang out, eyes darting between the cracked-open folding glass doors of his ownerâs house and the closed windows marking the other rooms. âI canât hear anything.â
"Perhaps we should go check on them," Cas suggested, pushing himself up with exaggerated strain and following the eager pounds of the younger dog inside, their tails wagging and shoulders colliding with each other as they sniffed out their ownersâ newer trails from those that were old and stale.
"Up here!" Dean called, barking softly and leading the way up the stairs, Cas close behind. Soon enough the two animals paused, hearing low, rhythmic thumping and muffled groans.
"What are they even doing?" Cas wondered, lowering his nose to the ground and following the scent of his human towards the closed door of Jensenâs bedroom. His ears perked forward, head cocked, and he whined. "It sounds like theyâre in pain."
"No." Deanâs nostrils flared as he nosed at the door. "Smell that?" His tail wagged and he huffed in satisfaction. "Human-want. Theyâre mating."
Cas rolled his eyes. âThey didnât have to go away for that. We donât mind seeing.â
Dean snorted, licking at his nose, and pushed his head at Casâ shoulder to get them to go back downstairs. âHumans are weird like that. Come on - we can congratulate them later.â
The Australian Shepherd nodded, obeying. âAlright.â
And later, when Misha emerged from Jensenâs bedroom, ruffled and flushed and sated, Cas and Dean were there to jump on him, tails wagging and licking happily at his face. His laughter lured Jensen out of the bathroom.
Jensen snorted. âTo think I had to worry about Jaredâs reaction,â he muttered, making Misha laugh loud and long, hands frantically pushing at the dogsâ excited muzzles until they stopped.
"how cool would it be if dogs like shipped their owners with people like if they noticed which people their owners were happiest around and shipped their owners with those people and tried to set them up and maybe thatâs why they give certain people bones and things because theyâre giving them gifts on behalf of their owners to court them" So I saw this on my dash and was wandering if you could write something where dogs Cas and Dean try to get Jensen and Misha together?
((Ohh my God that is the cutest thing.))
"Hey." Cas cocked at ear, turning his head as Dean nudged at his hindquarters, tail wagging in a friendly greeting. "Didnât think weâd see you today."
Cas shook his thick, mottled-grey fur, licking at his nose. âDunno why we are. Heâs been antsy all day.â His light, mismatched eyes skirted away from Dean, tail wagging slightly and ears cocked forward as he attempted to find his owner amongst the mill of people.
"Soâs mine," the darker Shepherd grumbled, huffing and sitting, yawning wide. "Smelled weird, too. Like." He huffed again, spreading his forelegs out in front of him and setting his head on them. "Like chasing, you know?"
Dean was a regular at this dog park by now - most of the other animals didnât like to play with him, but Cas was cool - the Australian Shepherd had seemingly boundless energy and he didnât mind when Dean got a little rougher, not like the other prissy animals did.
Cas grumbled, his tail wagging when he finally spotted his owner. âYours is near mine,â he said, soft bark falling from his muzzle as he wagged his tail again. Then, he leaned down and nudged his soft nose against Deanâs neck. âLetâs go. Maybe we can get them to sit together.â
Dean lifted his head, rushing to his feet in readiness, and the two dogs began to wrestle-play their way towards the blue-eyed man sitting on a bench. But it wasnât Casâ owner who spotted them first, and Dean froze when he heard his calling his name.
"Dean! Stop it right now!" The larger, darker dog whined, unsure, looking to his friend for guidance, but Casâ eyes werenât on him so Dean turned his attention to his owner as Jensen approached. He wagged his tail, panting from the exertion of playing with Cas, and jumped up to paw at Jensenâs belly in an attempt to distract him enough to let them keep playing. "Dean, no. Down! Goddamn it -."
"Heâs coming," Cas whispered to Dean, who grinned and wagged his tail harder. Soon, the Australian Shepherdâs high yip brought Jensenâs attention away from his affectionate animal and towards the other dogâs owner.
Dean grinned to himself when his ownerâs cheeks got warm and he could smell human-want smell coming from him. âUh, hey. Sorry about that,â he apologized to the other man, who was kneeling in front of Cas and staring at the dog calmly.
Then, the blue-eyed man grinned back and stood. Cas nudged at the back of his knee, shoving him forward while Dean did the same to his. âUh - God. Yeah. Itâs no problem. Cas likes to make all sorts of new friends, so -.â
"Yeah, Deanâs a bit of a rough player, though. I got worried."
Dean huffed, rolling his eyes mentally at the very idea that he would actually hurt Cas, and wagged his tail fiercely when Jensen turned an accusing gaze on him, tongue lolling out, ears forward.
The two men above them fell silent, and Dean huffed, nudging at his ownerâs knee. âGo on, you big lug,â he pressed, knowing Jensen wouldnât understand him, while Cas licked his nose and simply stared at Misha.
"I can smell his human-want," he said thoughtfully, frowning. "Why isnât he going for it?"
"Humans have stupid rules," Dean griped, continuing to shove at Jensenâs legs in an attempt to get him to step forward. "Maybe they need to sniff each other more."
"IâŚdonât think thatâs how humans work, Dean."
Dean barked in annoyance, drawing Jensenâs attention. âHey, stop that,â Jensen reprimanded, holding out his palm flat above Deanâs head so the dog fell silent and grumbled to himself. âUm.â Misha hadnât moved, was looking at Jensen with an unreadable expression. âAnyway. Sorry about that. Iâm Jensen, by the way.â
"I know," Misha said, holding out his hand for them to shake, which Jensen did. "You work at the school my niece goes to."
"Oh. Really?"
Cas rolled his eyes. âThis is ridiculous.â He barked twice, meaningfully, before nipping at Mishaâs shin, wagging his tail hard when the man yelped and turned towards him. âCome on, youâve done the human sniff, just go for it.â
"Maybe they need time alone?" Dean suggested, sounding very unhappy with the situation. Cas finally huffed, nodding, and both the dogs took off running, barking and nipping at each other but making sure they kept tabs on their respective humans.
Later, they saw Jensen and Misha sat on the same bench, talking and laughing. âMission accomplished,â Dean said proudly, wagging his tail and panting.Â
Cas huffed, raising his head, and rolled his eyes. âFinally.â
I think I'm gonna go to Starbucks and work on my Destiel fan fic today.
I really want to work on "Constant Companion" while I have the time.
