So many concepts about us being punished by Zayne and Sylus (which I love 🫠💦) but what about US punishing them?! Do you think that would even work?

I swear I've talked about this before in an ask but you're so right I need to flesh this out in a blurb! I feel like punishing them separately is easy enough because all Zayne needs is the threat of a sex ban to start acting right and for Sylus, he'll go crazy if you ignore him.
So, putting that together, the best punishment is to put them BOTH on a sex ban and then give them very little attention. Zayne can handle no attention, just as Sylus can handle no sex, so you have to do both to really hit it home. Soon enough...they start to break down.
A sex punishment is next to impossible because they're just not well behaved enough for that, someone is bound to break free of the ties and pounce you

honestly i have no idea how to answer this so hang w me while i try :')
the brush helps a lot; instead of using a diff brush or a blend tool to blend i usually just rely on the pressure sensitivity cuz it also just gives it a texture i like. (although i do also have a brush for good blending that i use sometimes)
1 is the bristles brush and 2 is the blender brush, for reference
anyways uhhh this is the part i have no idea how to explain but like
after putting down the base color i pick a "blush" color that i use both for areas that i add blush on (usually cheeks, nose, shoulders, elbows, finger tips, knuckles, knees.... sometimes chest area and forehead. lots of places) AND to block out generally where the shadows will go. when im satisfied i pick the original skin color and "blend"
and in general colorpick around and render; that part also has more to do abt anatomy and stuff, how, in this case, the muscles will look etc. im not perfect at anatomy by any means but i think i can bullshit my way around well enough to fool ppl into thinking i know what im doing lol, i fully encourage u to do studies however and line of action always helps
after that its a similar process; picking a color for the shadows which i pick by going closer towards purple on the color will and darker and often more desaturated, and render
(this part also depends on the drawing and how dramatic is the lighting and where the light source is blah blah blah but this is not that)
and highlights which is again similar; the color-picking process is the opposite, closer to yellow and more saturated ish. uhhh i dont rlly have rules for where those go i usually go w my gut but its wherever it helps shape up, in this for example, again, the muscles
and thats more or less it tbh. theres other stuff where i play around w the airbrush and adding multiply and overlay layers and fixing the colors if i dont like them and whatever and again a big part of it heavily HEAVILY depends on the lighting and the light source, but the most base-level (and kinda sloppy cuz this sketch is not in the rendering stage yet lol) explanation of what i do most of the time. also dark red lineart on multiply and then making it black again roughly where the shadows fall and wherever else it helps but thats what i do for the whole drawing not just skin
edit: i forgot to mention this but although this is mostly my process for most skin tones, the darker the skin tone the more focus i put on lighting and esp reflective light rather than shadows. this one is just tan and mostly focused on shadows; sometimes i dont even add highlights 😭 and the paler the skin, the less likely i am to add highlights. partially because i cant even see them on my pc screen

feel free to priv answer this but do you think the reason ppl are so drawn to phil and etoiles relationship is bc they see him and techno as basically the same guy/type of guy
yes honestly i find it uncomfortable personally because it does a disservice to techno & phil's relationship but also forces etoiles into a pigeonholed relationship type that isn't rrreallyyyyyyy true for him. idk i think it does majorly end up as the reason why etoiles's other relationships get sidelined though. also etoiles is straight up like 5 years older than techno was & like whimsically genuine in a way techno never was. ill love techno forever but etoiles is a trivia and museum streamer half the time that techno's sense of post-ironic humor & sarcasm wouldnt carry over as well with. iunno they have a lot of differences and i get people dealing with grief. i do it too. i find it strange to project it onto a whole nother guy tho
