Here's Mettaton's first run, It was pretty difficult to really understand how the NEO design worked since there's already not a lot of info on it . I hit the lore books for both MTTNEO/SNEO to really try to understand which angle I should tackle.

You can't have SNEO without Mettaton (and Alphys) and you won't be able to understand NEO without SNEO. Sounds crazy I KNOW. It's just MTT and Spamton tango in a strange and peculiar way... I just wanted to capture that same essence in the AUs.

This was the base design before I cleaned it up, originally I wanted MTTNEO to have color, but technically there still isn't a canon color palette imo for the og design. SNEO is there yeah, but there's many changes and factors to that design specifically for Deltarune.

I'll make a more detailed post about the designs, because many many layers are in them. I just wanted to post them now because I spent TOO much time on them. SO THANK YOU ..FOR BEING PATIENT AND READING !!
