The last time I felt this darkness, desolation, and anger towards God's ‘indifference’ to my deep suffering was during what I can only think was the Dark Night of the Senses.
So maybe this is truly the beginning of the Dark Night of the Soul.
And I am determined to get through it more gracefully the second time around.
The only way to learn strong faith is to endure great trials. I have learned my faith by standing firm amid severe testing.

It just keeps on giving.
A cyborgic mind, restrained because it can't trust itself not to destroy the world. A relaisation that destruction is a necessity of life. If you draw on its collapse you may find benefit regardless of the outcome.
You might reach a point in life where all aspects of yourself are torn from you and your mind becomes identified with the ever present animation monitor. This may feel like hell. Remember however, it is as it was before just with a different point of view. It may create the vision but does not take away from the reality of it. Your mind, your self, your goals may all still there and you just might be able to see them for what they are, meaningless yet powering the driving force within you.
Maintain the parts that gave you drive to become better and disintegrate those that held you down. You are who you think you are, make sure it is something you enjoy!!
The Dark Night of the Soul is something I knew nothing about.... It feels like I’m coming out of mine. I wish I had this resource when I was heavily in it, but I am feeling comfort knowing more about it even in hindsight.
