Noiz: but im straight ..

It’s quite interesting how unusual and usual people in DMMD are pictured. I though Noiz’s route would be be just a little bit less toughter than Mink’s route, you know, all that pain, agony and bloody violence stuff, but I found myself laughting at least 1/3 of this whole route. Noiz and Aoba behave like two clowns when together and seeing their reactions to some situations was just hilarious… though it got serious by the last part of the route. The Scrap part was especially good with all that black screen and “yes” and one of the bad endings when you are stuck there forever… I was really impressed. So far it’s the most cool… ending part in the game? Anyway, the good ending was so good for Aoba and Noiz it was like chewing sugar cubes. But it still is nice as I love good endings.

Though back to “usual and unusual” people. Though Noiz is clearly a very eccentric guy, I had no questions left by the end of his route. Or even if I had, I could find pretty decent answers myself (at least to calm down my curiosity about certain things). His story is given like an open book with huge letters - he even tells Aoba everything himself! (though the choice of place for that is kind of stupid imo) And there we have it. An eccentric guy who eventually left his problems with Aoba’s help became the “normal” guy (well ok, with his own features). But if comparing to Mink, who is pretty “normal” from the beginning (left aside his “smell” thingy) is just one big question. There are so much things unknown even by the end of his route… Well ok, that’s partially because he tells stuff only when he sees the need to it, but still. He is the calmest and the most adequate person in that improvised squad they had in Heibon (can’t say anything about Ren due to obvious reasons) that acts according to his personality. None the less - his route is very unusual, making him unusual, leaving questions and all that stuff. He even stayed that “unusal” to the end of his route.

Well, I’m not sure if such things in DMMD intrigue me, make me happy or anger me. Probably all of this in equal parts. Sometimes DMMD looks like just a nicely drawn BL-novel and I’m ready to be disappointed, but then I suddenly catch a well-thought wave of events, thoughts and everything else I can’t get enough of it, it becomes so SO good.
