and he has wide-framed glasses and it can always be seen when he’s worn his glasses cause he has indents on his nose which he hates, which is why he also leans towards contacts.

He’d also massively complain about his glasses too. Going into a hot room after it was cold outside and his glasses fogged up, loud dramatic sigh of complaint. It’s raining and he gets raindrops all over his lens, another sigh and a small curse of annoyance. He gets a migraine for wearing his glasses for too long or not wearing them for a while, head pressed into the mattress and mentally screaming.

Imagine how fucking cute he’d be wearing glasses and I read something today about someone taking their glasses off every-time they kiss (so the frame didn’t hit them, which actually good shout. I’ve never thought of that as a glasses wearer). Like imagine him about to kiss and he pauses to remove his glasses, and his eyes fucking soften once he does it and boom kiss.

What ensues is Lloyd trying desperately not to be loving towards reader but falling drastically at it and it definitely doesn’t help that reader keeps dangling the necklace HE got her.

There’s angst potential of Lloyd realising there is a traitor in his group who wants to mutiny and so he has to slowly interrogate everyone, which includes reader who doesn’t know why he is acting weird. Maybe Lloyd thinks reader is only dating him so he doesn’t suspect they are the traitor. Or when Lloyd realises there is a mutiny he tries to get reader off the ship and reader thinks this is because he is now lacking in their abilities or just throwing them out to the wolves. Like the angst potential is endless.

Though there is also fluff potential, Lloyd and reader singing and dancing to sea shanties, when treasure is found all because of readers navigation skills and he thanks her in secret with kisses (and perhaps more), they rendezvous in a town together for a date under the guise that it’s to get rations and supplies for the ship. Endless possibilities.

This might be actually written by me once I’ve finished with uni (almost done with my first year WOOO) and when I’ve finished writing my current project of a long Ninjago oc fic (it’s part two of something I’ve wrote).

The ninjas are pitched an idea to have their lives become a reality tv show and camera crew follow them around, but Lloyd does not like this fact, especially when the camera crew start to become a bit too nosey into his personal life.

Now this part I had two ideas for, one is that Lloyd is trying to keep his relationship with reader a secret because he doesn’t want to draw spotlight to them and put them in danger. The second is that Lloyd has a daughter with reader and does not live in the monastery anymore and is trying to protect his family from the media.

The first was in 2016 after he was hit by the tommorow’s tea and I was nine years old. The second was in 2018 when Lloyd’s design and voice changed. I was eleven.

And now in the year of 2026, at the age of 19, enemy Lloyd claimed my heart.

Like imagine he is a high schooler that has been apart of Mr Oz’s team since he was in middle school since he recruited him back then, and he goes back to the school to volunteer there, which is how he first meets Mateo and Izzy cause like he knows Mateo is a big fan of comics and tries to help him with inspiration and being a reader of his comics (and giving him raving reviews).

Lloyd is the big brother mentor all the dream team need and he has his own cute little cat pet in the dreamworld that resembles his own animal, the cat and Z-blob would be best of friends.

Also since Ninjago is canon to the Dreamzzz world maybe they make him watch it and everyone says he is ‘so Lloyd coded’ and he just denies it and says ‘you only say that cause we have the same name’.

But now also imagine this with reader, like reader can be his high school classmate (and maybe partner, most definitely partner) and they often have sleepovers together to get into the dream world together and the potential is just there!

like Lloyd x civilian reader (I LOVE a civilian reader with a hero, the angst, the fluff and the smut potentials are just *chefs kiss*) BUT if a child is added into the mix, oh shit gets good. Cause as much as he wants to be around, he sometimes can’t be because the realm is in danger and he is CONSTANTLY worried about his family, he probably moved them to the outskirts of town in a small peaceful village jusr so he could have a bit more peace at mind.

Also the child would be a daughter called Melanie, I have no clue why that name but I have for some reason an emotional attachment to it.
