Elevate your outdoor cooking experience with these succulent Open Fire BBQ skewers. The DIY Open Fire Cooking Bar brings a rustic charm to your backyard, making it the perfect setting for this simple yet flavorful recipe.
Ingredients: 2 lbs of sirloin steak, thinly sliced. 1 cup soy sauce. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Get soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl. This is the marinade. Put thinly sliced sirloin steak in a shallow dish or plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Pour the marinade over the steak. Make sure the meat is well covered. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight for the best results. Warm up the DIY Open Fire Cooking Bar by setting the flames on fire and letting them die down. By putting steak slices that have been marinated on wet wooden skewers, you can make kebabs that are easy to grill. Put the skewers on the open fire cooking bar and turn them over every so often. For extra flavor, baste them with more marinade. For medium-rare, cook the steak for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until it's done the way you like it. Enjoy the smoky, open-fire flavor of your home-cooked BBQ dish while it's still hot!
