"Divine Evil" by Nora Roberts
Adult romance/suspense. Creepy (hello, Satanic cult) and fairly graphic, but so far it's really interesting. Not recommended for the younger crowd at all. (I would never have read this as a freshman or sophomore in high school. It would have terrified me most likely.)
