Walking around sector five was really a blast. All these damn zombies he had to run away from, it was so annoying. Most of them really were those generic NPC zombies. They looked like a bunch of simple ÂŹassets, really. All looking like your âaverage, typical humansâ. If Tomura had to call it anything, itâd be lazy. They looked lazy, at least. He knew the threat they posed was pretty real, though. He had seen some other people get swarmed and get turned. It wasnât within his intentions to become part of that hive mind.
No heâd like to keep his own self-control, thank you very much.
So he wandered, hands in his pockets, keeping his eyes and ears open. There was a certain pride within his step, why wouldnât he feel proud. He had set a step closer to his personal goals just a little while ago. It felt good, really good. The sparkle in his eyes had not yet faded. Adding to that sparkle was a hint of curiosity. It seemed like the villain had found something worth his while.
A zombie that didnât look like your average NPCâŚ
No, they seemed to be somewhat in control of themselves too: At least he didnât hear the constant moaning emanating from them, nor was their body language particularly wonky⌠Perhaps they were an unfortunate who had only just turned, or something else entirely. Anyway, it was someone that Tomura dared to approach.
He was really trying his luck with this, if he was lashed out against and got turned into an undead against his will, thatâd be a blow to his newfound pride in himself. Then again, he did feel extremely lucky at this moment. So he put some more bravado in his step, approaching the zombie. He pulled his hands out of his pockets and kept himself on high alert. Just in case, you know?
âHey, you okay? Still clear in the head? Still kind of alive?â
Itâd be difficult talking to something brainless. He tried, actually. It was pretty much impossible.
