I ran a session for one of my groups today and they fought a dragon, right? Now up until this point, they've fought three other dragons, and the same player has killed each one. Well today, one of the other players got the killing blow on the dragon, so the player who had killed the other ones decided to bring it back to life and kill it again just to say that she killed every dragon they've fought

fate, dragon age, or gundam 00
Oh man. I love Dragon Age, and I ADORE Fate, but Gundam 00 takes the cake because it’s about faith and about compassion. You can talk all you want about love, and freedom, and justice, but those things can be subjective and what means love to some is a prison to others, and in the name of justice and freedom people fight and hurt each other in awful ways
Gundam 00 shows that compassion is the best out of those things bc it forces you to understand others and put yourself in their shoes. It also speaks of how you cannot isolate yourself from the pain others are suffering and pretend to be better than those who fight because more often than not you’re just denying them your help, it reminds us that sometimes strenght means actually becoming more vulnerable, embracing our flaws and our humanity, and that those who are oppressed do not owe a peaceful response to violence-and finally that peace cannot happen only from talks and dialogue when one of the parts insists on recurring to fighting
