Most of all the love from and for others. It's not always easy for me to offer or accept which makes it all the more dear. Julie knew how to offer love. It oozed from everything she wrote and I hope someday I will have the same gift to offer.

My family who, while dysfunctional, will always be standing in the wings to pick me up when I fall.

My husband who is fucked up and difficult but who loves me more than he is able to express even when he's so mad that he can't speak.

My friends who are small in numbers and odd in character but who bring smiles to my face and listen to my tears.

Everything that puts its life into my hands whether willingly or through circumstance. They cause me to always be aware of life, death and needs outside of my own.

1. What is your favorite season? Why?

Autumn, without a doubt.  I love the cooler weather, where you can wear a light sweater and pants and be comfortable.  The colours of the leaves are outstanding. That earthy smell that permeates the air.  And there's things starting new.  Kids are back to school.  Work starts to really start rolling after people are done with vacation, re-energized.  New tv shows.  Pumpkin pie.  Apples.  Halloween.  All that good stuff.

2. What makes you feel loved the most?

When someone takes an active interest in the things I am passionate about, even if they aren't.

3. Do you like or hate your middle name?

Eh.  I used to hate it, because it's uncommon.  Now I kind of like it for that same reason.  No, I'm not telling you what it is.

4. What song do you consider a theme song to your life?

5. What is your happy place?

Still searching.

6. Describe your family in one word.

Groan.

7. Name something you like about yourself and compliment yourself.

Ugh.  My achilles heel.   Okay.  Um.  I have good hair.  Nice hair, Dave!

8. Name 3 awesome facts about you.

Again with the narcissism?  Fiiiiine.  

I have a knack for whipping up delicious snacks/meals with available ingredients which would cause others to dismay and say, "There's nothing to eat!"  I would have killed on Just Like Mom.  (Canadian reference)

I know how to do a J-turn.  

I once spent a day in the company of the Dalai Lama.

9. If There was one talent you could have that you don’t have now, what would it be?

To play the guitar.

10. What’s something you wish you could do every day?
