Jace had been gone for a couple of days for some ‘work’ related things. While he was gone, he wondered if Juliette was okay and if things had gone smoothly while he was away. Thankfully Lola had grown to like Juliette, so he didn’t have to worry too much about that, and he also had some of his guys check in every couple of hours or so and nothing had been reported to him about anything being wrong. Finally, he was home. He walked up to the front door and opened it, a grin coming to his face when he could hear the jingling of Lola’s collar as she ran towards the front door. The grin was wiped clean off his face when he saw her though, his doberman wearing a reindeer outfit as she ran up to him. “No. Fuck no. JULIETTE!” He knelt down and started pulling the stupid outfit off his dog which was a little hard to do with how excited she was.

       ‘      𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄?      ’       idly, salvatore watched the blonde from his position on the couch. exhaustion had him laying down and unwilling to move, but eden seemed to be doing much better than him. all he saw in the studio was a mass of clothes that needed to be organised that his cousin had all ready picked through, but this was new for his ‘step-sister’, so he could see why she found it exciting when all he saw was WORK.       ‘     hey, careful with that. i’m not gonna have ren screaming at me about how that’s an unreleased sally lapointe ss20 that she’s ‘saving’ for award show season.      ’ — @disapprcve​

“It’s okay, it’s okay,” when he saw her glow like that before all those guys just blew up, they were the ones who first randomly attacked her. but she didn’t even move she glowed and fainted...he let the cloth continue to clean up the blood trying to be gentle as possible. “shhh, you’re a mess, we’ll figure out what happened.”

                  he turned around to face the class his eyes settling on them in the front row. suddenly being reminded of the fun he had just days ago. he felt the need to loosen the noose of a tie around his neck. “literature. can anyone tell me the name of a famous writer?” an easy question he always started his class with, but the only name he ever looked for was samuel beckett - yet every semester no one ever knew of the man.

she was so pretty.. and he was so NERVOUS. but this was his chance— he finally came across someone who didn’t seem like they were with anyone else. and of course she looked WAY out of his league. you only live once, right? “—can i buy you a drink?” zeke hesitantly asks, leaning against the bar.

he knew what he wanted, which was her. but it didn’t seem like it would be as easy as he thought it would be. his reputation was making it a lot harder for him but he was up for a challenge. “what about a date then? you and me going out somewhere?” abel asked her, one eyebrow raised but still a smile on his lips as he looked at her. if she wanted more than a one night stand, then she would get it. one date couldn’t hurt anybody. 

━ after a long night of beating away on a bag, freddie felt like he had managed to get some of his aggression out. admittedly, it didn’t feel as good as knuckle on skin - in either direction, but at least he was able to function like a semi-normal person for the day. after dumping a water bottle on his head, he grabbed his bag and shoved the door open from the small, intimate gym before heading for his beat up truck. that’s when he saw her resting there. right against the driver’s side door, her blond hair blowing in the light breeze. and just like that the anger rushed back. “what are you doing here? i don’t got time to bullshit, i got a job to get to.” his most steady of the odd jobs he took being construction. well, if fighting didn’t count as a steady income.

Blood was dripping from his ear, down his neck. His shirt was stained a horrible deep red. He don’t know what the hell happened. “I didn’t.. Zeus.. he..” There’d been trouble, a fight amongst the Gods. “They were going to kill him. He’s my brother I couldn’t just..” He was trying to explain, to justify why he had to defend him. The blood was all over him, and he didn’t know how to explain it. “I wouldn’t have done it if I didn’t have to.. I wouldn’t have.” Truth was.. he didn’t know who else to go to. Zeus had helped Hades so many times, who was he to return the favour. “I was trying to help..” he sighed heavily, moving his head to his hands. He hard the hardest burden to carry, the weight of death constantly on his shoulders.. but he’d been trying to be a better person.
