To say my anxiety has been high lately would be an understatement (I’m high risk due to multiple health issues & a healthcare worker; hubs has had to totally close his busines, etc.). Partner that with my depression and chronic pain, and this quarantine has been extra difficult. I’m so thankful for Taylor’s music during these times as her songs have been my safe haven during this time of confusion & uncertainty. 💖

I don’t have many words tonight about all of my illnesses and disabilities; I don’t have insurance right now and yeah COVID-19 makes me terrified because of my weak immune system I’m that person everyone keeps comforting themselves by saying “they’ll die not us.” but among a million anxieties and always trying to survive in a society that seems not to value my life much, I am so always thankful for @taylorswift who’s always been here, and has ALWAYS valued all of our lives. I’m thankful for her music that has gotten me through so much and continues to. She is someone I look up to and I am so continuously amazed that I live in the same time as her and have been privileged enough to grow up with her 💖
People may describe me as talkative, friendly, and zany, but the fact of the matter is most of my day is spent avoiding responsibilities even though I’m trying SO hard to do better. I use all my tactics and tricks to try and stay on task, and rarely does it work. This Tuesday, I had a breakthrough. I did better. And today may not have been as great, but every good day is a step in the right direction. Having ADD and anxiety is no joke, and those unproductive days are incredibly disheartening, but every day is a new opportunity to do better.
