One of the largest line pipe manufacturing company choses to trust Techflow Dust Collection System.

Techflow installs its latest Pulse Jet Bag Filter in Welspun DI Pipes Limited, Anjar Plant. The commissioned bag type dust collection system will handle the pyrophoric and hazardous zinc dust during the zinc spraying operation during DI pipe manuacturing.

This package inclues Bag Filter with Centrifugal Blower,Electric Damper, suction-interconnecting-outlet ducting, Chimney with fire safety CO2 Flooding System.

We are glad to commission high performing ID fans to Welspun Group. These blowers are installed in DI Pipe manufacturing in Anjar (Gujarat) plant.

The package consists of total five energy efficient blowers with capacity ranging from 90 kw to 132 kw and air flow capacity upto 60,000 cmh. The ID fans are designed to collect hazardous Zinc and Magnesium dust coming out of spray and subsequent dust collector installed in plant. To ensure continous performance fans are equipped with coupled drive and electrically operated dampers.
