The spinach stuffed chicken is a tasty and healthy dinner that will fill you up. There is a delicious meal that will make everyone at the table happy with its tender chicken, savory spinach, and melted cheese.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Be careful not to cut all the way through each chicken breast when you cut a pocket in them. Spread the spinach mixture out evenly in each chicken breast and stuff it with it. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. For about three minutes on each side, sear the stuffed chicken breasts until both sides are golden brown. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. Then take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Cut it up and serve it hot.
