work for a "huge scale painting of small object" assignment - I made one of a "digitalized" die, a childrens' toy from a boardgame book that I find fascinating. making the simplest thing - a die - into a push-button battery-requiring thing... making something as simple as a block of wood with dots on its sides into something complex like that? unintentionally, the very existence of such a thing appears to be satirizing the technology world, I love it. I know I'm looking too deep into a childrens' toy, but I'm an artist, leave me alone, I have the right to sound incredibly pretentious. anyway, feels good to finish a big painting again... feels good to do artwork for school homework... EKA, 🅱lease take me in. 😭
