Information relating to ethnicity and nationality is being weaponised by the far-right to target specific groups of people that they don't want in this country.

So why the fuck do the police, and Labour, think giving them more ammo is a good idea?

Do you think people will be on the streets rioting when a white man rapes a young black girl? No.

Will they be rioting if a black or brown man rapes a white girl? Of course they will.

You're just feeding into a false narrative that is being perpetuated online by MAGA wannabe grifters like Nigel Farage and Rupert Lowe.

There are two types of people who believe this stuff:

Those who want to believe these lies because it confirms their own racist biases.

And the people poverty who are looking for someone to blame for their situation but are (through no fault of their own) too uneducated to realise that the people who are telling them who to blame are the very same people that they should be blaming.

The only way to solve this is to tell the public the a hard truth:

"Immigration is a good thing, it will not stop and is not to blame for your problems, you're simply wrong and have been gaslit by all of us."

Will they say this? No, because then it's on you to actually do the hard work to make people's lives better.

Nah, it's much easier to just blame it on some strangers from abroad since people will always fear what they don't understand, especially if what they don't understand is a different colour with a different way of life.

TL;DR

Politicians are more than happy to kick the can down the road rather than address the actual issues that are causing this country to collapse in on itself, because that's just too hard and will take too long to fix.

Instead, they'll just keep pretending that the people who are keeping this country afloat are also the one's we should blame for all the countries problems. They'll keep coming up with more absurd ways to make it look like they're doing something whilst they sit there twiddling their thumbs making the most of their freebies as they wait for the next lot to take over the job.

This isn't going to get better until a left-wing political party who actually believes in the things they're saying and actively push back against the racist narratives that, as the USA has shown, just make a minority of the public feel vindicated, but doesn't actually make any significant difference to their life or the rest of the country's.

It won't be popular, and it may take a long time, but this brain rot needs to be reversed because it's not just far-right people who believe this.

Now people like your boomer neighbour, who was otherwise quite nice and was making an effort to change with the times, has been told by Farage that it's okay to own a Golliwog and she shouldn't be scared to say the N word, it's just a word after all! Then Starmer gets wind of this and starts frantically writing up guidance on how to correctly say the N word.

Next thing you know you've got the third reich living right next door to you bringing round her freshly made flapjacks every Monday.
