Tried out a new recipe. Lemon drop soft baked cookies. Roman is KILLING THEM! Next time, I’ll make them smaller & flatten them out a bit more. The almond, coconut & lemon flavors blend well. Baking is what cold, winter Saturdays are for. This is a maple almond oatmeal cookie base, covered in molten toffee, almond slices & melted chocolate.
