If it’s texture issues, which I also have tons of due to old acne scarring and fine lines, remove the Dr Perricone because that solely focuses on lines and replace it with Lancôme Visionnaire ($74 for a 6mo+ supply, but USE IT FOR THE FULL 6 MONTHS before giving up on it) — it takes a little longer to work, and texture is an off-label use but i’ve used it on both myself and tons of clients for over a decade and gotten phenomenal results. This is one you can’t give up on immediately though - most products if you’re gonna see results, you’ll see them within the first 1-2 weeks. This whole “your skin will get worse before it gets better” is a huge DIAPER FIRE of bullshit. Also this is where a good texture-focused primer comes in - spread, then pat, and use the warmth in your fingers. Porefessional will always be my fave with DHC right next to it — Porefessional has a light tint, whereas DHC is clear. Strivectin also makes a wonderful blurring primer, and the OG green Smashbox primer is fab for redness (i mix this with my porefessional on bad redness days) and last the Tarte primer is fab is you prefer a cake form as opposed to a tube - just to give other options. @lancôme #lancomevisionnaire @benefitcosmetics #benefitporefessional @dhcskincare #dhcprimer @smashboxcosmetics #smashboxrednessprimer @strivectin #strivectinblurprimer @tartecosmetics #tarteshapetapeprimer https://www.instagram.com/p/CVdeidplu_m/?utm_medium=tumblr
