"Ask better questions" - big and specific, e.g. not how can I grow, but rather how can I grow by X in Y time
"Ask the magic question" - "what is the one thing I can do, such that by doing it, everything else will be easier or unnecessary?"
"Commit to your one thing" - lots of things are important, sure, but only one thing is the most important
Not going to read the book. Not a revolutionary concept, heard variations of it over and over throughout my professional life. Accepting this concept as true is the easy part, doing it is the hard part.
