Do you remember big beat? It was a very 90's thing, taking in bits of hip-hop, house, ragga, breakbeat, bass, and acid, and lasted all of about a year... I loved it personally, but there was nowhere around me at the time that played it. All they wanted was house of varying speeds and styles. But i'm old now, and I've got my own decks and a metric shit ton of music, so I thought i'd throw some of it together for the craic. There's some Fatboy Slim, Freestylers, Chemical Brothers, Propellerheads, Lo-Fi Allstars, Depth Charge, and a load of randoms from the Skint label, which to be fair, had all the good stuff in the day.... Plus, it's been a while since i got on the decks (yes, i'm still in mourning after my venue closed down) and it was either do this for a couple of hours or do some actual work.
