can u believe I used to lose near 3 hours of every day in transport??? 1/8th of every day!! I don’t want that again! Ever!! And yet I will have to, and I’ll have to pretend I’m happy that the crisis is over...
I’m not okay but I’m also not as bad as I’ve been some other days. Not yet anyway. I’m just kinda frustrated because for a few days I haven’t been able to enjoy my hobbies, but that just happens (even if it’s not the best moment for it to happen!)

Errr…I’ve heard that stopping meds like that can cause you a lot more distress, can’t you go see your normal doctor?
My usual doctor is also not really great so... not an option. I’ll just suck it up and hope to stabilise.

Since I got the new sketchbook I’ve been drawing in it with those water colour pencils and it’s so much fun!
And now I just want more of those pencils since clearly I don’t have enough colours. I need more so I can draw rainbows,unicorns and don’t feel stressed when I draw.
