Devils Fruit Ideas that are Odd but Usefull
Mush-Mush Fruit: If you touch an object, it can turn into mush! Not matter the size, all you have to do is touch it, and it melts into a pile of goop.
Babble-Babble Fruit: you can make any person speak an incomprehensible language. No one understands what they are saying even in the slightest. Can be used on more than one person at a time.
Um-Um Fruit: Makes someone completely forget what they are doing and where they are currently. It’s like when you walk into a room and completely forget why you walked into that room.
Cling-Cling Fruit: you can magnetize any two objects. Whether it’s a person, weapon, vehicle, animal—any of it can stick together strongly through an invisible force.
Sound-Sound Fruit: You now have the soundboard of life. You can make any sound happen at any moment, serious or unserious. The sounds apply to the environment the way they would typically (an explosion would be loud, a yell would be from far away, etc)
Stupid, Unhelpful Devil Fruit Ideas
Bubble-Bubble Fruit: You can blow bubbles out of thin air. That’s it. Just regular bubbles, and you can’t even do anything with them. They pop like regular bubbles.
Swap-Swap Fruit: You swap clothes with one person and one person only. This does not include weapons.
Sparkle-Sparkle Fruit: You can make objects glittery. Not blinding or anything, just a little bedazzled.
Top-Top Fruit: Makes you the tallest person in the room. No strength advantage, all of your other characteristics are the same except your height.
Crab-Crab Fruit: You can summon crabs at any moment. You can control them or communicate with them, just make them appear.
Dim-Dim Fruit: You can make it cloudy any time. Never able to make the environment pitch black, and it only works outside. You can’t just summon clouds anywhere.

You know, I've seen some people mock the designs they've started showing for Devil fruits by saying they make it easy to know what powers they'll give and the characters should know what they do before eating them. But considering how vast, weird, and numerous devil fruit powers are, if no one told you what fruits these were before you ate them, would you be able to tell what powers you'd get?
