27, 28, 29, 137? :)
27: Meaning behind my URL?Whoo boy. Ok, short answer is, you know that embarrassing username that everybody has that they made when they were 14 and stupid? This is mine, it just unfortunately (or not) also became what everybody knows me by.Long answer, one year for my friend’s birthday, we held a slightly improvised Alice In Wonderland themed tea party that was sort of a theatrical performance with my friend playing the Hatter and myself playing the March Hare. We decorated a two story mission type house with Victorian furniture and invited about 20 people (excluding cast, who were all our closest friends). It went over relatively well and we spent the next two years devising a follow up production. It never ended up being put on for interpersonal problems between the cast, but I had a big attachment to the work we did and the things we created. My nickname at the time was Marchy, and one of the characters I was supposed to play for the follow up had been coined Malice, so my username and subsequent url are a combination of those characters. I’ve thought about changing it on different occasions, but I’m still very attached to that time period and to the friends that were a big part of my life back then.28: Favorite movie? I suck at picking favorites (he said after asking for somebody’s favorite), so I’m gonna list three. Moulin Rouge, Donnie Darko, and The Lord of the Rings.29: Favorite song?At the moment, it’s a toss up between two songs: Palisades Park and Possibility Days, both by Counting Crows off their album Somewhere Under Wonderland. Palisades Park because it’s such a good analysis and example of how nostalgia and memory work. It’s also just an epic of a song. Possibility days has some wonderful poetic verses and really resonates with me as someone who suffers from depression and anxiety. 137: Do I like my handwriting?HAHA no. Sometimes I like my cursive. Thanks for the ask! (I am also watching Angel)
Hannah makes the best mystery mochas at Ghost Alley Espresso pass it on
I miss my nerd friends from school already.

music asks 3, 18, 23?
3. A song that reminds you of summertime:Â
A toss up between Semi-Charmed Life by Third Eye Blind and The Taste of Ink by The Used. mcsassblast, you know what I’m talking about.Â
18. A song from the year you were born:
Yay, 1991! Have three: Losing My Religion by R.E.M., Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana, and Unbelievable (US Release) by EMF. Also, Pearl Jam came out with Ten so… that whole album.Â
23. A song that you think everybody should listen to:Â
Well, mostly because I’m not a Seattle native, I’m gonna say City of Orphans by The Classic Crime. Definitely for anyone who lives in a city. Otherwise, I’d recommend the album, Broken Bride by Ludo, which is basically a 30 minute long song anyways. And of course, anything and everything by Alkaline Trio (because basically, I’m obsessed).Â
Thanks for the ask! I always love talking about music.
Commission, destructo-dolly as a cat!
I backed your indiegogo campaign and I am so excited to receive the deck when it's printed! Congrats on all the funding so far! In regards to the back of the cards, I am a really big fan of the large floral print. It just looks right to me. Second choice would be the antler print. Thanks! <3
Thank you so much for backing the campaign and also for the feedback! I really appreciate it :) My favorite so far is also the large floral print. The flowers are chrysanthemums which I also draw on a lot of the cards. It's great to hear feedback from other practitioners, I always learn a lot from the community, tarot is such a collectively driven, historical thing. I'll probably keep playing with the design till the arrives when I have to submit the print order. Maybe I'll mix antlers and flowers..... hrmmm... Well, thank you again and have a beautiful week.
