 Birthplace and Birthdate: Depends heavily on the AU, usually either in SoCal or Las Vegas. no idea her birthday because i’m so bad at giving my ocs birthdays. 

Guilty Pleasures: Penelope considers very few of her pleasures to be 'guilty' and is in fact pretty proud of all of them, but I'd say "genuine romance and affection" counts as one for her. 

 Phobias: Being trapped or restrained, physically or metaphorically 

 What They Would Be Famous For: in modern verses probably social media stuff where she dances well on tiktok while covered in snakes and lizards and is also pretty funny. she probably does funny reaction videos while mildly high. 

 What They Would Get Arrested For: Petty theft i guess? 

 OC You Ship Them With: none of my own, but I ship her with Nat's character Mike :^) but i'm also open to multi-shipping so like, step right up folks. 

 OC Most Likely To Murder Them: ??? i don't know, she was murdered in an RP but that was via a serial killer so it wasn't anything personal. She doesn't have beef like that. 

 Favorite Movie/Book Genre: Fun, usually comedic romps, especially ones prominently featuring women 

 Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: Miscommunication plots 

 Talents and/or Powers: She's a great dancer, and in her og fallout nv verse she's a sharpshooter. she's also preternaturally lucky. 

 Why Someone Might Love Them: Penelope is a rowdy, fun loving lady, who doesn't take herself too seriously. In some verses she can turn into a dinosaur. Her color palettes are bright pinks, blues, and yellowy oranges with desert themes. People love that shit. 

 Why Someone Might Hate Them: She curses a lot, sometimes doesn't take the right things seriously, can be a bit too forward, intentionally pronounces things wrong for her own amusement (but to others annoyance) 

 How They Change: To summarize it in two words: she matures. She always starts as an energetic, youthful young woman in her early 20s, who only does things for the hell of it; her motivations are "would this be funny" or "would this benefit me in some way." I don't think Pea is childish at all, but her spirit is supposed to exemplify the friendly, carefree, warmth of summer (this is part of why i always draw her with sunglasses). In my head her eventual arcs are always that she 'grows up' in a way, mellowing out and finding out that being attached isn't a character flaw and helping people is dope as fuck. In fallout related verses it becomes her personal goal to rescue kids (especially girls) from bad home situations and keep them along with her until they're old enough to set out on their own too alongside her own eventual daughter, Strawberry. In modern/non fallout verses i know that once her daughter gets a little bigger she gets a trailer - a home that lets her stay on the move- and sometimes fosters kids (but in her own sort of loose way where she just picks 'em up off the ground, metaphorically speaking).
