Media made by the men on the frontlines? It’s those pin-ups. Even though her uniform she wears is anything but fem, they depict her as extremely fem/sexualized. Media made by the Homefront? It’s less blatantly objectifying, but she needs to fit the standard of “Still pretty when working, also she’s working for the men instead of fighting for herself”

Oh, Garrick!Reader… you definitely have some self respect issues to work out in the modern day that you don’t realize are self respect issues…
