GS: My ssscarsss are tingling, and I know what that meansss ... Mirrak isss doing sssomething ssstupid again.
❄️ (can my troll talvia do this one for any of your trolls which ever you have the highest muse for)
“Oh sssh –”
> You tumble into snow, Mirrak’s teleporter falling from your suddenly nerveless grip. Lunging after it, you watch it tumble off the edge of a cliff that you now stand very uncomfortably close to. The wrist strap catches on a scrubby little bush growing out of the sheer rock about fifty feet down – another fifty feet from the ground below.
> You knew you shouldn’t have been messing with that thing.
> Your first concern, automatically, is to back away from the precipice. At some point you’re going to have to get that teleporter back, though you have no idea how – but for the moment you have rather more urgent concerns. You’re not dressed for this weather. At least you have a sweater on this time, but it’s loose-knit; the flimsy robe beneath was not made for warmth, and you’re barefoot.
“Well … not to ssstate the obviousss, but thisss isssn’t good.”
(( Desill, from a dream bubble: ssstop telling everyone I’m dead
> Mirrak: drop off Desill
> Kynara’s message is simple.
“>-- I’m readY for You.”
> She’s doing you a favor, so you resist the urge to respond with “are you really?” Just scoop Desill, enter the coordinates she gave you, and go. You can tell from the numbers of the coords that the location is somewhere around her hive, but you’re not sure where; the place is enormous. More like a small city than a hive, honestly. You suppose that’s what palaces are supposed to be like.
> As soon as you appear, there’s at least six machine guns pointing at you, their muzzles staring hollowly at you. And there are trolls manning the guns, of course, but it’s the weapons you tend to notice. There’s probably more behind you, probably some snipers or something, but who cares? If things go bad, knowing just how many bullets are ripping through your body isn’t really going to help.
> There’s also Kynara, of course, standing in front of you. You’re surprised to see that her horns still haven’t completely grown back: they’re sparse, barren, missing many of the branches they should have. And she looks thinner than before, if that were even possible, her face even more severe. Scars trace pale pink across her skin; she clearly disdains to hide them. Your scars from that incident have long since healed, or at least faded to whitish patches.

Brass yellow blood, just over 8 sweeps, 5'5", trans-male, would take the other to a variety of places like movies or out to eat in nice places, maybe even on a hike in the woods, or even just invite them to his hive just to hang out. Enjoys memes and art, as well as coding and science related things. Black quadrant plotted, others open.
(( Nothing from his bio really screams compatibility with one of my trolls, but Mirrak and Desill would be interested in hanging out!
Mirrak is generally friendly (towards lowbloods, at least) and thinks shorter trolls are cute. She’d be up for pretty much any date idea, but taking her into a civilized area is just asking for trouble (typically hilarious trouble, though, so … maybe), so a hike in the woods would probably work out best, though she will punch some large animals. (Quads: pale and red filled, but, like … badly. Seduce her.)
Desill … He’s so generally exhausted and sad at this point that he doesn’t do much, but for that very reason it’d actually be really nice for someone to take him out and do something normal, that doesn’t devolve into some sort of huge drama. He doesn’t have a lot of patience for BS anymore, because Mirrak has used it all up, and he’s kind of pessimistic and easily frightened, but he’s generally a pretty nice guy. Probably the only one of my Alternian trolls who falls into the, like, “normal human emotion/behavior” spectrum. (Quads: only pale filled, but he intends to break up with her; he’s sex-repulsed, though.)
Aislin’s too young for him, but she might be up to be friends? He doesn’t sound miserable enough for her to want to murder help him, though.
(( I’m probably going to retcon the story of the first encounter between Mirrak, Desill, and Cavmar so that Desill is traveling alone and doesn’t have a matesprit ... so Cavmar just (”just”) killed his lusus and tried to drown him ...
(( High fantasy AU:
Desill’s first encounter with Mirrak: she pulls him out of a cocoon in a nest full of spider demons who were slowly feeding off him
Desill’s second encounter with Mirrak: her dog tackles him on his way to work and won’t leave him alone
