Using a framework can help you to better frame and roadmap what is needed/waned most so that you can focus on what is more important. It's all to common that we impulsively do what eases the discomfort or challenge for the time being, most of the time not a sustainable solution for the long term. The framework I use and facilitate for others works for every situation we are faced with, in work or daily life, empowering us to make better decisions and solutions. The most recent personal examples are when I road-mapped my own career transition to help me focus on what truly is important so that I would stray from it when I got scared or stressed front eh process... thing such as finances or security of a steady income. Then there was last night, triaging a stressful time-sensitive situation while I was an event/metering and had to step out to coordinate people when my dog escaped from the sitters who are friends of mine, and it involved multiple parties of people. I was able to assess the situation quickly and work through scenarios or prototype scenarios of what would work best and create a positive experience for all involved, including the folks who I was at the event with. The more you apply to work the process the more natural you become at being a posted on Instagram - http://bit.ly/2OBXWgY
