Here's grown-up Deron! Same age as the grown-up lords (21-25). Deron has a darker blue palette than Piron, which distinguishes the twins since their attire looks the same. His colors also represent the deep sea while Piron represents the shallows. And the orange is also a bit redder as a nod to the old wiki stating that Deron might be working for Magor (*Later on that).
I imagine Deron to be more of a Neutral leaning than Good. He'll probably do some things that lean into evilness. He only does things to benefit himself and his kingdom, even if those things come off as selfish and morally questionable.
*In the old wiki, I remember that it's said that Deron might be working for Magor, but it doesn't show that in the show. In the show, he does get controlled by the lava mind control (Red Mist I think it was called), but Piron helps him and the Water Kingdom off-screen.
In the show, he clearly shows he's not a fan of outsiders, I.E other elementals. So, it would make sense for him to be cold and mean to anyone who isn't of the water tribe.
Like Piron, I gave him webs on his feet and hands, and fins, but Deron's fins are different compared to Piron's fins.
I also imagine that years after Magor is defeated, Both twins rule the Water Kingdom. But Deron doesn't like the way Piron rules because he thinks his brother is doing it the wrong way. And deep down he wants his brother to step down from ruling.
And that's about him. Maybe next will be Kondo, hopefully...
