Week 7 and 8
Week 7:
I decided to do a project on memories, based off the idea that different people may remember the same event differently. I wanted to focus on fights couples have. I thought about ways to execute the project and who to interview. I worked on a mirrored surface so that participants can see themselves as different people in the VR activity.
Week 8/9:
I cycle through various other concepts. It has changed from a 3rd person viewing experience that is only unique to the two participants it’s made for to a shared activity. Now participants have to experience something together and then recreate the memory in a sandbox like environment. However I continued to refine my concept because I was unsatisfied with the direction.
Week 6 Project Proposals
I came up with several project ideas under 3 main themes:
1. Immersion
Memories: Helps people relive old memories
Exercising: Helps people exercise in a more interactive and motivating way
2. Learning
Training Simulators: Includes training simulators for driving, military, and job training
3. Experimenting
VR User Testing Facilities: User test products in VR

Week 3 Joseph and Derling
Exercise on lighting attached to the motion controller with dark environment to create spooky and scary feeling.
We had the user explore inside the sinclair model where the goal was to follow the track of sandwiches. As the user continues to follow the track, it guides to a place where user confronts with scary derling face
