Like what would their arguments look like? Probably a lot of exasperated barking and self inflicted/frustrated hair pulling. Madara forgets that Tobirama is a human and when Tobirama actually gets upset or hurt he short circuits but he's still too petty to apologize. Tobirama does the same but he thinks that Madara needed to hear what he had to say and he refuses to apologize for speaking the truth (or what he thinks is the truth).

Madara self isolates and disappears, Tobirama also self isolates and just works himself to the bone.

Mito? Absolutely worshipped by Madara. He adores her and gives her exactly what she needs. He understands when she needs quiet, and when she needs to be reminded that someone sees her for who she is.

Tobirama? Madara gives him mind-blowing head, completely rewires his brain and leaves him dazed and wondering what the hell just happened every time.

Hashirama himself? Madara is obsessed with him in every way and will do whatever it takes to make sure Hashirama knows it.

Hashirama and Mito know that Madara is their mistress, but it's a fun little secret. When one of them comes back flustered and smelling like Madara they do not acknowledge it, but they're both internally winking at each other.

Tobirama is suspicious but oblivious to the fact that him and Madara aren't exclusive transgressive frotting buddies.
