The father seems to be amassing an army of small woodland mammals. He puts cat food out for a neighborhood cat, and recently another one's been coming around for it. He also saw a raccoon and a possum. There was a weasel(!) in the woods the other day, or something like it, although that hasn't eaten any food as far as we know. Here's hoping we won't get bears.

Was asked to help for the first time in a while. Today seems to be a lot. Floyd's hypervigilant about sinning and I'm staving off a panic attack, but we'll just have to see how today goes. I seem to be doing a decent job so far. Nice to be back. If only for a little while.
