RefreshReview: DemoHire
The first presenter at this last Refresh Miami at the Lab Miami was Demo Hire. This is a video based job search platform. Demo Hire allows a candidate to create a profile that hosts all of their information as well as a video where the candidate can make their case for why they are the best candidate. Employers also create a profile where they can search for candidates and post updates on their employee hunt. Candidates will follow the employer and contact them about setting up a video interview. The goal of this web based platform was to conserve resources for both the employer and the candidate as they skip phone and in-person interviews to cut straight to the point using this video platform.
