( ok but. him glaring at vox’s image? the one everyone was staring at in RAPT attention, adoring his every word?? and scoffing that vox is all show, that nothing on tv is worth watching?? 

he’s so fucking lonely and out of place. a man out of time, who doesn’t belong in the modern world. he’s so alone, and because he doesn’t WANT to change, it just ... widens the rift between him and everyone else.
